Build Forms with Claude

Connect Claude to your EZFormz account using the MCP connector. Once connected, Claude can build forms directly from any conversation.

Requires an API key. Create one in the API Keys tab first.

2In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add Custom Connector

3Enter the MCP server URL:

4Enter your API key as the Bearer token when prompted

5Start any Claude conversation and describe the form you want

Requires Claude Pro or Max subscription. The MCP connector gives Claude full access to create forms, add products, set themes, and manage orders.

API keys are used for Claude MCP connector and direct API access. ChatGPT uses OAuth sign-in instead — no key needed. View API Docs

Connected Apps
