Export or change account data
Open the person-icon Account menu at the top right and choose Account Settings, or open Account directly, to manage profile details, notifications, timezone, defaults, saved payment methods, connected apps, exports, sessions, security, and deletion settings.
Choose Export Data in the Account Settings sidebar, then Download Export, before deletion or whenever you need a local copy of selected account profile fields, forms, products and options, product image records, orders, and shipping options. The download is a sensitive customer-and-configuration archive that can contain buyer details, form-password hashes, payment destinations, and other private settings. A password hash is not the form's readable password, but it is still sensitive security data. Store the archive securely, preferably encrypted; never attach it to a support ticket; and delete copies you no longer need. Changing the account email verifies the new address first and also requires the current authenticator or recovery code when 2FA is enabled. Forms, orders, passkeys, API keys, and collaborations remain on the same account.
Export buyer purchases and your private library
For your purchases, open Buying → Documents from the Dashboard, or use the Documents tab in My Orders. This buyer export is separate from Account's existing seller-and-configuration Export Data download.
Choose JSON records for available current and preserved records or CSV summary for a purchase summary. All my purchases includes archived purchases. Current search and filters follows the current search, dates, selected statuses, and archive checkbox. To export selected displayed records, select them and choose Export selected. Download export traverses all pages for its chosen scope rather than just the loaded page. Both formats record the scope, filters or selected purchase references, traversal start and completion times, and actual exported count. CSV puts these values in rows labeled export_metadata. The export captures its settings when started; later changes to the visible filters do not change that in-progress export.
The file reflects records read during the export, not one frozen moment. Purchases or statuses may change while it runs. Preserved snapshots retain their provenance and can omit later edits, payments, and fulfillment updates. An unavailable record section is not replaced with invented history. If a page fails or the browser cannot complete the export, no partial file is offered; retry or narrow the filters. Cancel export stops the download.
Your private titles, labels, notes, saved-form nicknames, and pins are excluded by default. The optional Include my private organization in a separate personal section includes those account-private fields and your saved-form library; the library is separate from the selected purchase scope. Shareable receipt and current-summary PDFs still exclude these private fields. Keep personal exports separate from documents you send to a seller or another person.
Understand deletion
Auto-delete offers 30, 60, 90, 180, or 365 days and runs as a daily cleanup. It uses a different activity clock for each mode. Old orders only removes orders older than the selected period. Old orders + inactive forms also removes inactive forms only when the form, its orders, and any stored partial-submission activity are all older than the period. Active forms are not candidates. Full account cleanup makes the account eligible from its last login. Removed active operational data has no in-app or self-service restore, subject to the limited backup, audit, abuse, and legal retention described in Privacy.
New accounts currently start with auto-delete enabled for Old orders only after 365 days. To review or change an enabled setting, choose Auto-Delete in the Account Settings sidebar. With Enable automatic data deletion on, select What to delete and Delete data older than, then choose Save Settings and wait for confirmation. Do not assume an account keeps operational orders indefinitely.
Current limitation: turning Enable automatic data deletion off hides Save Settings, and the toggle alone does not save a disabled setting. The current page has no working save path for turning it off. Do not assume automatic deletion has stopped; contact technical support if you need help with this limitation.
Delete Account removes the active account's forms, products, operational orders, images, templates, themes, and the account owner's private saved forms, order annotations, archive preferences, and protected-history associations. Deletion removes that account's authorized receipt data without deleting another buyer's independently authorized history. Compact receipts belonging to customers who ordered from the seller remain in those customers' histories, isolated from seller reporting and operations. Limited retained copies follow Privacy.
Export first and treat account deletion as irreversible. Deleting EZFormz data does not erase copies already exported to a computer, Google Sheets, Airtable, or another external service; remove those copies separately when required.
To delete the account after exporting, choose Danger Zone in the Account Settings sidebar, then Delete My Account. Read the confirmation, type DELETE exactly, and choose Delete Everything only when you intend to remove the account.
Delete one form
In Dashboard → Selling, find the form under My Forms. Open its three-dot More actions menu in grid view, or More in list view, choose Delete, then confirm the browser prompt only after exporting anything you need. Deletion closes checkout first and then permanently removes that form's active operational record, products, orders, and attached workflow data. There is no in-app restore.
To preserve historical P&L continuity, form deletion retains a deleted-form tombstone and non-PII financial facts such as order IDs and financial amounts. Those retained facts exclude customer identity and operational order access, but remain sensitive business records and can stay available to the account's P&L until the account itself is deleted. Deleting the account removes that retained P&L scope under the account-deletion boundary described above.
Understand the retired Save & Continue workflow
Current public forms do not show Save Progress or Save & Continue, so new buyers should not be promised a seven-day resume workflow. Save form is a bookmark to revisit the form; it does not save entered answers or submit an order. An older resume email or URL is not a supported substitute for a submitted order and may not restore values on the current public form. The buyer should contact the form owner or start the form again; never ask support to recover payment or order details from an unsubmitted draft.
Contact the right person
Use EZFormz support for website technical issues: account access, site errors, broken tools, upload failures, or bugs on ezformz.net. Include the account email, page name or path with every one-time token and access value removed, steps before the problem, and the exact error. Redact unrelated private details from screenshots.
Questions about a particular form, product, payment, order, refund, shipping, pickup, event, or seller policy belong with the form owner. EZFormz support does not control those transactions. Suspected fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, malicious forms or users, or another Terms violation belongs in Report fraud, abuse, or a policy violation. An ordinary order disagreement by itself does not.
There is a separate intellectual-property notice route: the current Terms of Use, Intellectual Property & DMCA direct people who believe Platform content infringes their intellectual property rights to submit a notice using the support ticket form. Follow that Terms section for an infringement or formal copyright/DMCA notice.
For a missing login message, include the request time but never the code. For 2FA recovery, expect ownership verification; email-only reset is unavailable. Check System status before reporting a possible outage.
