Turn on seller reviews
Reviews belong to the seller account, not to one form. Open your profile menu → Account Settings, choose Reviews in the sidebar (or open Account Reviews), then turn on Public reviews. The toggle saves immediately; wait for its success result. Click Copy beside Public link to copy the /r/{slug} address.
EZFormz generates a review slug when needed. To replace it, edit Review URL, then click Save URL. The value is normalized to lowercase, must be 3–40 characters using letters, numbers, and single hyphens between groups, and cannot be reserved or already in use. Check the saved result before sharing the new address. Turn on Auto-show review rating on all my forms to add an average-and-count chip near each owned form's title; this toggle also saves immediately. The chip opens the public page in a new tab.
A buyer can submit one review for a form after the order reaches an eligible paid-or-later status. The review window lasts 30 days from the paid date, or from the order date for eligible legacy orders. In My Orders or Buying → Orders, the buyer opens View order → Help with this order → Leave a review, chooses 1–5 stars, enters the required Display name (2–60 characters) and optional text, then clicks Submit review. The buyer can use Edit your review → Save changes during the 30 days after it was first submitted. There is currently no self-service Delete review button; ask Support about removal without assuming it will be granted. Buyer order details show the editing deadline or an expired-window explanation when the server supplies that information. An ended creation window is explained separately; these messages do not extend either 30-day policy.
A buyer may submit an eligible review while the seller's public review page is disabled. It stays out of the public listing until reviews are enabled.
Reply or hide spam
In Account Settings → Reviews, click Manage reviews → to open the seller Reviews page and see public and spam-flagged reviews. You can also use Manage reviews in the Reviews widget on Dashboard → Selling; a customized dashboard may omit that widget. Reviews is a widget, not a separate Selling navigation tab. The widget shows the public average and count, any flagged count, and up to three recent public reviews.
On a review card, click Reply or Edit reply, enter the reply, then click Save reply. To remove an existing reply, open Edit reply → Delete reply and confirm. The seller can keep one public reply per review. The buyer receives an in-site notification the first time the seller replies.
Click Mark as spam to hide a review from the public page, or Restore (un-spam) to remove the flag and publish it again when reviews are enabled.
Sellers cannot rewrite or delete the buyer's review. The original reviewer can edit it during the review window, and administrators handle exceptional removal. Reviews are account reputation, not an EZFormz decision about a payment or dispute.
The public /r/{slug} page shows the seller identity, average, review count, 1–5 star distribution, public review text, related form title, and seller replies. Spam-flagged reviews are excluded.
Manage alerts
A new review creates an in-site notification. Its email is sent when the seller's New review received notification preference allows email. Use the account Notifications settings if you prefer bell alerts without review email.
Keep public content safe
The reviewer's display name, rating, review text, related form title, dates, and seller reply can be public. Do not post email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order or transaction identifiers, payment proof, private dispute details, screenshots, or image links.
Seller replies are public too. Keep them factual and move private support conversations to a private channel. If support asks for a screenshot, redact buyer, payment, and order data before sending it.
